Yes, all our work comes with a 12-month guarantee. This covers issues like stains reappearing, damp seeping through, or unfinished paintwork. However, damage caused by the client or third parties is not included. For more details, refer to our terms and conditions.
We begin with an initial consultation to understand your needs and provide an estimate. Once you approve and sign the estimate, we schedule the work and keep you informed every step of the way.
For projects under £5,000, we require a 25% deposit to secure your booking. For projects over £5,000, up to 50% may be required to cover materials, accessories, and wages. The remaining balance is due upon project completion on the same day for homeowners. However, commercial spaces and property management companies may pay within 14 days of project completion, as per prior agreement.
